Terms

By playing Kabloom you agree to these terms. Kabloom is run by Thomas Bijvoets (support@kabloom.io).

The game

Kabloom is a trivia game for fun. Facts are checked carefully but may contain mistakes; if you spot one, email us. We may change or retire puzzles, themes and features.

Accounts

Keep your leaderboard name friendly. We may rename or remove names and results that are offensive or obviously cheated.

Kabloom Unlimited

Kabloom Unlimited is a one-time purchase of €5 in the euro area or $5 elsewhere, VAT included where it applies, with no subscription. It's tied to your account and stays active for as long as Kabloom is offered. Purchases are sold through Link (Stripe), our reseller and merchant of record, under their terms. If a payment is refunded or charged back, Kabloom Unlimited is removed from the account.

Liability

Kabloom is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using it.
